I’m David D. Washington, CRS a nationally profiled, award-winning, multi-faceted, multi-disciplined, top producing real estate professional + Educator, Trainer, & Coach.

I’ve been extremely blessed to have practical as well as professional experience across multiple real estate disciplines. Ranging from: Brokerage Administration, Sales, Property Management, Appraisal, Inspection, Development, Investing, and Educating, Coaching, Training, & Consulting.

I’ve been blessed beyond measure. To whom much is given, much is required. My desire through this training platform is to help others win in, with, & through real estate! It’s my goal to make real estate make sense (& cents!). Throughout the investing courses I’ll be sharing exact same methods and systems that I have personally used. Throughout the home buying courses, I’ll be sharing pro-tips, insights, and best practices from my almost 20 years of real estate practice, the same goes for the home selling courses. Trust me when I say that my aim is to share with you the knowledge and insights so that you can be successful no matter which route you choose. The only things I can’t do for you is make the decision to change your situation or take the action necessary to do just that! You have to do that ALL for yourself!

My Story

In 2006, my journey in the realm of real estate began as a REALTOR® in the picturesque landscapes of rural south Georgia. From the outset, I was driven by a deep-rooted desire to not just succeed, but to excel beyond expectations. The early days were filled with triumphs, each success shaping me into a more refined professional and a more enriched individual.

Determined to provide unparalleled service to my clients, I dedicated myself to continuous growth and learning. I delved into expanding my knowledge base and enhancing my skills, realizing that true success lies in the relentless pursuit of excellence. Today, I proudly hold the titles of a registered real property appraiser and a licensed real estate broker across multiple states, including Georgia, Florida, and South Carolina.

With a plethora of advanced certifications and designations under my belt, I stand out amongst my peers in the real estate industry. However, my thirst for knowledge remains insatiable, as I am constantly on the lookout for new skills and insights that can benefit my clients. Why I Do It
